LIBRARY

With over 32,000 volumes available for use, the Ira M. Boswell Memorial Library is equipped with the learning resources required to supplement and maintain the college’s strong, biblically based curriculum. In addition, there are CD-ROM as well as online databases available to students.

We are located in the Virgil D. and Mary E. Oetzel Memorial Building adjacent to the Administration Building.

The Library is also home to the Walter W. Steever Restoration Collection which consists of books written by prominent founders and members of the Independent Christian Church, Churches of Christ, and Disciples of Christ.

For the convenience of our students and faculty, LBC has secured agreements for library use with College of the Scriptures, The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary, and The School of Biblical Studies. An LBC library card may be used to borrow items from the libraries of these institutions of higher learning.
